Having selected a property with Squarefoot you will be asked to fill in a Tenancy application form and provide two separate forms of identification for each applicant. In order to reserve the property an administration charge will have to be paid which is £150.00 & VAT. Until the administration fee is paid Squarefoot is unable to reserve the property, and it will continue to be advertised.If the tenant withdraws the tenancy application or fails the reference checks, they will forfeit the administration charge. If however the landlord withdraws the property a full refund will be made.
 | Upon confirmation of satisfactory references, arrangements are made to sign the Tenancy agreement. A copy of this can be downloaded from this website
