Having selected a property with Squarefoot estate agents, you will be asked to fill in a Tenancy application form and provide two separate forms of identification for each applicant.
In order to reserve the property an administration charge will have to be paid which is £150.00 & VAT. Once the administration fee is paid the Squarefoot estate agent branch managing your property is able to reserve it for you. Otherwise the property will continue to be advertised unti it is formally reserved.
If the tenant withdraws the tenancy application or fails the reference checks, they will forfeit the administration charge. If however the landlord withdraws the property a full refund will be made. Upon confirmation of satisfactory references, arrangements are made to sign the Tenancy agreement.
