If you are an experienced landlord you may wish to handle the day to day running of your property yourself. Squarefoot can still help and will provide the following services:

• Free, full rental evaluation, carried out by an experienced member of the lettings team
• Advertise your property in our 2 branches, online and in print
• Accompanied viewings
• Obtain references and/or a financial guarantor for every prospective new tenant
• Prepare and sign tenancy agreements for both new and existing tenants

Once contracts have been signed we will invoice you the letting fee and deduct it from the monies received from the tenants. Thereafter all of the paperwork will be sent to you for you to start managing your property
